Payment and invoice
Passes are sold through Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC, USA). Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: when you click “Buy pass”, the Lemon Squeezy checkout opens in your browser, you pay there, and Lemon Squeezy e-mails you the invoice and your licence key. VAT for your country is included in the price and remitted by Lemon Squeezy.
From Lemon Squeezy we receive your name, e-mail address, country, order number and the key, so that we can help with questions about your purchase. We never see your payment details. More in the privacy policy.
You cancel the Annual Pass via the link in your order e-mail or with a short e-mail to us. It then runs until the end of the year you paid for.
“We do it for you” does not run through Lemon Squeezy: you receive an invoice by e-mail from RAVIA OPS LIMITED and pay by bank transfer before we deliver.
Refund
Refund: If CiteMove technically cannot convert your document and we cannot fix it within 7 days, you get your money back. The free check shows you beforehand what will work. After a successful conversion there is no refund.
Questions about passes and payment
What counts as a computer?
One Zotero installation on which you activated the key. Moving is possible any time: in CiteMove, click “Remove pass” under Settings, then enter the key on the other computer.
What happens after the 60 days?
The Thesis Pass expires; converting stops working, the check keeps working. Every file you converted stays yours, of course. If you need a pass again later, you simply buy a new one.
Do I need internet?
Once, to activate. After that CiteMove checks the pass online before every conversion; without a connection, converting still works for 14 days. Your document is never transmitted.
I lost my key.
It is in the order e-mail from Lemon Squeezy. If you cannot find it, write to us with the name or e-mail address you bought with.
